Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and expand existing customer relationships;
- Build up a healthy, sustainable and profitable client portfolio to ensure business goals' achievement;
- Manage establishment of effective and efficient business and partnering relationship with new and existing corporate customers;
- Work on daily basis to acquire new Corporate borrower clients and maintain exiting clients' base;
- Sell Bank's other products, attract deposits, act in frames of Bank Strategy;
- Keep being updated on market trends and ongoing situation, analyze and provide solutions to strengthen and expanding portfolio and commercial direction as a whole;
- Act as an credit case owner, estimate the creditworthiness of potential borrowers;
- Gather, analyze and prepare credit approval documents;
- Conduct financial analysis, evaluate business risks and present the project materials (Financial Statements, Credit memorandums, Presentations) to Credit Committee and/or to the Bank Supervisory Board for approval or as necessary be involved in any process related to successful finalization of the afore-mentioned tasks;
- Developing, negotiating and closing commercial loans;
- Conduct monitoring / be involved in any process related to receiving necessary information from clients of assigned outstanding loan portfolio, offer possible solutions, make sure management is duly informed and risks assessed;
- Work closely with team members to facilitate accomplishment of department's profitability tasks and other key performance indicators;
- Proactively source opportunities with prospective businesses in the community;
- Be involved in day to day operations of the Commercial Banking department;
- Maintaining relationships with clients, including meeting with them regularly to discuss their needs and provide them with financial advice;
- Meeting with clients to discuss investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities;
- Support clients in credit related and operational issues through providing high quality services to them, identify possible ways of future cooperation and provide tailor made solutions to keep high level portfolio.
