Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, update, monitor, and control user access rights within the Bank’s systems;
• Conduct risk assessments of new products, processes, and outsourcing activities related to the Bank’s core business operations;
• Investigate, register, and monitor operational incidents, as well as participate in the development and implementation of risk mitigation action plans;
• Prepare and submit operational risk-related reports to relevant governing bodies (Holding, National Bank of Georgia, etc.);
• Participate in the preparation and maintenance of internal normative documents related to the Department’s activities;
• Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by the Department Manager.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking sector. Experience in Front Office, Operations, Customer Service, Credit Administration, or other business functions will be considered an advantage; Languages: Native-level proficiency in Georgian and good command of English; Technical Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of banking products, services, and operational processes; basic understanding of operational risk management principles; practical experience working with banking systems, including Alta B6 and LMS, will be considered an advantage; good proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
