Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the credit analysis process and credit approval of the corporate client make sure that the process of credit analysis is done properly;
  • Collect raw financial data from the client;
  • Prepare credit memorandum, actual financial reports, financial projections and other required documentation;
  • Prepare presentations for credit approval on the credit committee and/or supervisory board level;
  • Prepare financial monitoring reports on the required level;
  • Support and supervise junior credit analysts’ team to achieve high quality results in credit analysis and in completion of the #1 and #2 listed tasks;
  • Present the cases for approval on the Credit Committee/Supervisory Board of the Bank;
  • Attend Client meetings to make sure that communication regarding financial status of the Client is done properly.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Completion of full course of internationally recognized financial/accounting certificates would be an advantage.
Work Experience: At least three years of work experience in financial audit, account and financial reporting. Working in Senior positions is desirable. 
Languages: Georgian-Native and English- Fluently;(both verbal and written) Russian would be consider as an advantage.
