Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the assigned rehabilitation loan portfolio;
• Perform regular financial and credit analysis of assigned customers to identify potential risk factors and ensure proper credit assessment;
• Analyze customers' financial situations and propose appropriate rehabilitation and restructuring solutions;
• Monitor the loan portfolio and ensure compliance with covenants and conditions approved by the relevant decision-making bodies;
• Maintain regular communication with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate rehabilitation solutions;
• Negotiate contract terms and restructuring conditions with customers and relevant internal departments;
• Prepare and present credit memorandums, financial analyses, restructuring proposals, financial statements, and other required documents to the relevant decision-making bodies;
• Structure credit facilities by proposing appropriate pricing, terms, and conditions;
• Collaborate with relevant Bank departments to ensure smooth approval and operational processes;
• Maintain accurate records of customer documentation and correspondence and ensure proper filing and approval of all related documents;
• Participate in various projects and perform additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Work Experience: 2 years working experience in business lending in bank; Languages: Fluent knowledge of the Georgian and English languages;
Technical Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles; MS Office -proficient User, excellent in Excel.
