Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points;
  • Develop and execute direct marketing strategies to nurture relationships with corporate clients, increase loyalty, and drive repeat business;
  • Organize and participate in client appreciation events, seminars, webinars, and other networking opportunities to foster relationships with corporate clients and promote brand loyalty;
  • Plan and execute personalized marketing campaigns across various channels to engage corporate clients and promote relevant products and services;
  • Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to inform marketing strategies and improve the customer experience;
  • Leverage customer data and analytics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing corporate clients;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer relations marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CRM) a plus;
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, customer relations, or related roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Experience in organizing and managing corporate events is required;
  • Languages: Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language,Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Technical knowledge and skills: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty; Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to different customer segments; Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
