Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for the Bank’s business applications and related systems;
  • Monitor application availability, performance, scheduled jobs, integrations, and system alerts;
  • Identify, register, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents, service requests, and technical issues (bugs);
  • Perform initial investigation of application errors, user-reported issues, system failures, and integration problems;
  • Escalate complex technical issues to system owners, senior specialists, internal teams, or external vendors when required;
  • Support application changes, deployments, patches, upgrades, and configuration updates;
  • Participate in testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and post-deployment validation;
  • Create and maintain system documentation, print forms, user guides, troubleshooting instructions, and knowledge base materials;
  • Communicate with end users and provide updates regarding reported issues and incident status;
  • Support access management processes, operational checks, reporting activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in related field in the banking or financial sector;
  • Languages: Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage;
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of database technologies (MS SQL), Knowledge of Alta software products; knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
