Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling employee technical requests through the Helpdesk/ticketing system, supporting timely resolution of basic IT issues;
  • Support the setup and initial configuration of workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices;
  • Provide first-level support for common software issues (Windows, Microsoft Office, browsers, banking applications) and assist with basic network/connectivity troubleshooting;
  • Assist in user account management, including account creation, password resets, and access support under supervision;
  • Support new employee onboarding by preparing workstations and delivering basic IT orientation;
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating internal IT documentation and knowledge base;
  • Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on experience with banking systems, security policies, and internal IT procedures.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Preferred student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Languages: Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage;
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office; General understanding of computer hardware and the principles of local network operations.
