Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive and contribute to talent attraction and employer branding activities such as career fairs, media campaigns, professional events and etc;
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to secure timely and effective hiring processes; directly manage full-cycle recruitment for key, specialized, or senior roles when needed;
  • Lead learning and development initiatives to identify, train, and retain high-potential employees;
  • Administer and continuously enhance the performance management cycle, ensuring meaningful evaluations and follow-up development actions are executed;
  • Update and improve HR policies and procedures related to talent management and engagement;
  • Coordinate preparation of internal and Holding-level HR reports;
  • Strengthen internal communication and promote the Bank’s image as an attractive employer in collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; Business Administration or Psychology; ;
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of working experience within HR, at least 2 on a managerial position;
  • Languages: Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Good knowledge of the English language.
