Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Update, monitor, and report the Bank’s KPIs, including calculating quarterly sales team bonuses and consolidating annual results;
• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards to track KPI performance across the Bank;
• Support the budgeting process by preparing frameworks and tools, gathering departmental inputs, and assisting with forecasting activities;
• Contribute to strategic planning by compiling information and preparing summaries and analyses;
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making, forecasting, and scenario analysis;
• Perform variance and trend analysis to identify key business drivers;
• Monitor the progress of finance-related projects and support the preparation of reports, presentations, and timelines;
• Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points;
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and insights as requested by the Finance leadership and CFO;
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Work Experience: At least one year of relevant professional experience required;
• Languages: Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Good knowledge of the English language;

• Technical knowledge and skills: Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and economics principles. Proficient MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. Preferably knowledge or willingness to learn about banking products (loans, deposits, guarantees, foreign exchange transactions, etc.).
